Hi boys, an update on the court situation.
Next court date is 29th October. The final court will be 2nd December where they say what I am entitled to and apply to put an arrest warrant out for Andrew.
We still have no information on his super but we have subpoenaed his super fund with his member number today ( I found his super member number in my screen shots so hopefully that finds him.. no guarantee though..)

I thought I woukd give you an update on the Andrew situation.
We had court yesterday, he was not there, he is avoiding receiving the court orders. As a result they are looking to put out a warrant out for his arrest.
They need to get an evaluation of his property and find his superannuation balance. It doesn't look like I will be entitled to much, but something is better than nothing. I will be back in court in September and hopefully it will be finalised then.

Hi Boys 💚 an update on Grandad. He is still up and down, his pneumonia will not budge. This morning he was out of bed a little, but this afternoon he was very tired. He hasn't really been out of bed prior. He unfortunately is not improving much and he has the maximum antibiotics and oxygen, so it is just watching and assisting. He is still clever 💙

We met with the man today to show him the gate, it went well, he really likes it and is meeting us again with someone else. He is also putting us in contact with the inventions wizard Landline did a show about last year, we mentioned we would like to show him the gate and he said he will get in contact with him through associates for us 😀 fingers crossed. He gave heaps of good advice, especially about patents. He is not looking to invest himself but said he knows people who would.
