I think for the most part Tasmania has set itself apart by being relatively free of this kind of behaviour, so much so that it often puzzled people from other branches when I was in national stupol and I would get asked about it. The only reason a branch as tiny as ours has had any impact at all (and we've had massive impact in stupol and in the ALP) is because we work together and talk to each other. I don't know who he's been talking to or what's gotten into his head but this cannot go on if TYL is going to be effective

the attempt that is being made to completely ignore the democatic process that has already occurred is of extreme concern

hello i messaging you all as members of TYL that attended the AGM on saturday and do not appear to be conspiring against me behind my back .... it has come to my attention in the last few miutes that several members of the TYL executive are trying to override the democratic decision of the members who attended the AGM about which motions to send to conference by sending out a new suggestion to be approved by email chain

as the TYL president i have already sent in the motions for the AGM however i am unsure if this could override what has already happened and would like your support
