If you are honestly happy to pay extra and feel like you need more than the 100gig (I certainly don't) then I'm happy to go with it for $30/m.

I've looked at multiple other isp's and very few offer 12 months contracts. Out of those who do, this is the most suitable, if not the level below (300Gb @ $80/m).

There have been developments regarding the internet.
The thing we signed up for isn't available in Tasmania yet, so we've cancelled that and plan to revert back to the iPrimus one.
I've decided that 300GB (on peak and off) probably won't be enough for our needs (50GB on peak + 50 off per person, per month).
I've done some more research, and the best value plan is the next level up of iPrimus: 1TB anytime. This costs $110/m (+ the cost of a router (~$174)).
I would be more than happy to make up the difference if you and Dale wanted to pay $30 or less each month.

Wednesday was my plan but I have a scholarship interview now, so I'm not sure how it will fit in, might have to be Thursday.

Apparently, when we register with an ISP (like iPrimus), they then organise the installation of infrastructure inside the home with NBN Co's subcontractors. The cost is null, as it is all part of the standard connection service.

We might need to rule out NBN after talking to John. Apparently, although there is a box for our unit just outside, it isn't wired inside. We'd have to get someone to do that and we might have to pay for that installation.

I guess we know that best case scenario we need to get the port in my bedroom repaired, worst case it might be very very nasty to the old wallets.

Things like "illegally installed cylinder" and "range hood serve no purpose" aren't really things we are going to lose bond for at the end of the day, and I just don't want to be giving them any reason to be annoyed with us so early in the piece.

As far as the report is concerned I think it's important we make some alterations to what you've written just to be a bit diplomatic and not get off on the wrong foot, ie.

That's my thought too mate, I pretty much have to be able to fit a double bed and desk in my room cos I need to be able to lock my self away to study.

Wellhand mine in tomorrow iv all ready in town with out my form, but I can tomorrow, tbh with the amount of gear I have in my room alone and all the gear coming down I'm afraid I would not be able to enter my room or end up taking over the louge room also :/

Maybe, but my desktop PC takes up a fair amount of space. That considered, I don't have a double bed - and I'm used to single, so I could go for a smaller bed.

So looking at this another way, would either of you two consider taking the smaller room at a lower price?

As far as appointments go, (other than Friday) as long as you let me know the day before I an catch the bus up on weekdays and make it work.

I'm super hesitant about commuting to the place without seeing it sorry, especially considering the one dodgy bedroom thing.

I think there are people living there atm, so getting a free time might be difficult. We should have taken some photos, but the small bedroom was full of somebody's stuff anyway.
