water is not that much and its paid quarterly , and 145 is not much more than we are paying here atm

I don't know how much the water bill would be, but including rent, electricity and internet, we're looking at about $145pw per person, on average.

I didnt expect to receive so much interest in the property and would be happy to have all of the groups that applied so i am struggling to pick between applicants and am still getting contacted for viewings,

There has not been a rent increase in the property for 4 years so i am giving everyone the opportunity to decide whether they would still like to apply to rent the house at $490 per week, I am sorry to do that after advertising less but i was not sure if a rental increase was due yet with how the economy has been,

I am hoping that will make the choice easier and fairer, please can you let me know if you would be still interested or not and if nobody is interested at that price i will just try to decide what looks best on paper,

Hi Dale , thanks for your message , I have had quite a few enquireys about the property , as the tenants are still in the property until Monday I would prefer to keep interuptions until then to a minimum, I have organised for a viewing tonight which 4 sets of people have said they are coming to so if you are able to make it to the property at 6:30 pm this evening you would be welcome to have a look around then, otherwise if nobody is interested I would be happy to show you through any day from Monday at or after 6:30pm when I can get there after work ,

Well worth a look - looks very recent/modern/energy efficient. There seems to be more than enough room for two cars off the street. Street is a no-through road, so should be quiet. I'd be interested to see the bedroom sizes.
