I think the issues concerning the legality of V.K. definitely need to be discussed, there are a few different opinions on what the councils stance on the event is and that needs to be clarified.

There's a few other problems concerning OH&S in regards to the service station, the food prep, and the protection of the residents spaces/artworks that also need to be addressed.

A meeting with everyone definitely seems in order, probably the sooner the better in my eyes.
