Hmm I don't remember, but I make sure I'm physically supported, so like sitting against a wall or just making sure you are next to something you can put your whole weight on, I focus on my breathing & basically like I let all the emotions wash through me & make sure I'm also hydrated & in a quiet place & if it stops but there's still a lot of anxiety, I watch something I love to help me wind down & like selfcare basically & like tell myself to just feel it & that I'm here & I'm okay...idk if that helps at all, but it's what I remember that I do?

1:neon genesis evangelion!! this show i have been watching none stop from it came out in 1994, probley the biggest cult anime ever. probs because it has so many underlaying meaning and story lines. im actually obsessed with this show. i have it on vcr and dvd and blu ray and in manga form ....... and i have it as wall papers on all my devices.......yeahhhhh...
2 mirai nikki: its kinda of like deathnote and also neon genisis story wise, only watched it once through but enjoyed every minut, have to read the extra manga to fully understand the ending though
3Baccano!: this hit me from out of nowhere, watched this show in 2 days .... and have watched it a seconed time, the way the story is told is kind of like pulp fiction :)
4Fullmetal Alchemist: just great story
5Cowboy Bebop: jazz in space? fun easy watching anime that has a huge cult following for only having 1 season and made in america..
6Mononoke: On Ee showed me this one while we lived together before we dated and ended up geting obsessd with it O_O
7Ergo Proxy: long story could have been cut in half but its a sci-fi post apolciliptic world with contoled by a select few super humans
8Gintama: a random comedy whihc half the time makes no sense whihc is why is so funny i guess but you have to read the subtitles really fast as some time 3 peopl are talking at once O_o
9Monogatari: collection of story stories pushed into a tv show made by the same writer. a lot of talking but animation is amazing
FLCL: only like 6 episodes but made by the same people as neon genisis and its like nothing iv ever seen before.. fast paced about a teen understanding the world with some really weird metphores ..

Yeah at first I was like, down about it, but now I'm just glad that chapter just ended cos it felt like it was time.

nah not yet, this year has been like "see wth is happening with my body & take care of it & get a gameplan so I can go to film school in the future" year. It's been a full time job taking care of my health atm, I have chronic fatigue syndrome, which basically means my body is constantly in a fight & flight state, so that's why simple things like showering takes all of my energy & I don't ever feel awake, I'm just in a constant state of exhaustion. But I've finally got a gameplan & finally got the tick that I have chronic fatigue syndrome & like whats happening w/ my body so I'm hoping that by next year I'll be able to go back to uni & study film or at least be working or something. Atm I'm just doing YouTube to fill my time, cos it's the best outlet that can use all my skills, so I'm still at least creatively working out everyday, so that I'll be "fit" when I go to film school. Hehe I understand, like no pressure, but thank you!

I haven't been well unfortunately, it's weird, like settling in Melbourne has been the easy part compared to all the intense life stuff that's happened in between, have had to finally withdraw from my degree at UTas (I was deferred for too long & either had to continue to study or quit). It's okay cos I wanted to change to go to film school here in Melbourne, but it still has been like an ehhhh part of this year. There's been a lot of ehhhhs this year. 😤

I find it good for privacy and beeing alone with your thoughts and having freedom over your life with no controle. But there are downsides, like not speaking for days during holidays as i wont see ppl when there on holiday. And getting scared thats there is some one in the house. yeah I know what you mean, relationship dynamics with ppl always change, for better or worse all the time. Like last year I connected with someone I knew years ago that I was more of an acquaintance with and now we're friends and it's like, how come we weren't friends before? but that's just, life! It's like water, going in all directions, sometimes like a tidal wave, sometimes like a tsunami and sometimes completely still and static. (I think me replying rn at 3 am and later is why this is turning more #real than I anticipated haha)

tbh, I'm wondering if it really was the meds or just me. I went to a new gp (one who turns out to be THE best & such a gem) finally the other day & told him everything that was going on, and after getting a chunk of info off me (well a lot considering I JUST saw him Tuesday) tentatively diagnosed me with bipolar......& I need to go into in-patient care in a psychiatric hospital in Melbourne & another specialised hospital for the physical side to sort out all my comorbidities (term used for when you're dealing with a few illnesses at once) & see what I need. sooooo, my week has been a bit of a *mind implosion.* I'm so happy in the way that I feel like someone actually listened to me and has taken my stuff seriously, but I'm also like, whaaaaaaaat. O____o this is a week of revelation.

Yeah! I legit had this conversation with my sister yesterday, about the different dynamics you have with people, like some friends you can like be completely open & like metaphorically spill your guts out to and talk about everything and then you have others where you see them and have fun together, might feel completely comfortable with them but you just know you can't go beyond fun with them and be super real.

Not really, it's not addictive or anything, it's pretty mild but at first it did make me constantly feel sleepy & slightly sedated and you can't just stop taking it, you have to take it every night straight for 6 months, if you go on and off it will mess things up, I know because no one told me -_- and so I kept going on and off and yeaaaah it messed me up and made me feel even more unstable until I got back on it. But otherwise it's safe lol

it's just that, idk hard to explain but it's just not really cutting it anymore, like it may be working and it's just that everything's gotten worse so I need more help with like a proper sleeping tablet, and that's another thing, it's not actually a sleeping tablet so like idek we shall see. I always find that most meds or vitamin supplements that get prescribed to me only work for so long and then it's like they stop working, its like maybe I get too used to them n they lose their magic or maybe it's just that I get worse so it's like it's not strong enough. haha it's complicated. Basically.

Yeah I have had sweetener, it actually makes me feel a bit strange too tbh.
I've kinda taken December and this month as treat yourself months. February I will go back to only eating within what won't trigger me.
I mean I can eat sweet potato, but it's not the same cos of the sweetness, if I can't have potato I'd rather just not eat anything pretending to be potato. When they make foods that try to be faux versions of the real things I'd rather just refrain altogether, especially cos the fake foods are usually super processed and have junk in them that isn't good for me either. I'm an all or nothing person by nature also, so like I'd rather eat the potato or not eat it at all. Haha all this talk of potato 😂

Yea i only do it with some ppl but they kinda get it striaght up and if they want to hear they will and not when they dont lol its more them giving time and sometimes its hard to give someone time to listen and take it all in on the other end :/

Yeah exactly, that's right :) yeah, it's just like, a lot of the time I can't feel anything, but then I feel everything but I can't express it. This is like, an intense way of describing it but like I might as well lol it's like I'm under a type of paralysis and can't move but inside I'm like screaming & crying and going off the deep end. Well I'm going to try to get into a film school in Melbourne this year, or next year and probably just like get my grip on Melbourne this year. I wish I felt that way about potato tbh, I'm really not supposed to eat it, but I can't not eat chips, when I had to swear off potato last year it was like, torturous. Yea when u dont live the same as the ones around you, it makes it seem like u have to be like them, but it your case its actually not being able to sleep, sleeping tablets ? warm milk with vanilla essence and golden syrup/ honey both those things help me sleep :/ it is quieter but when u have ppl living in the apartment under you, you have to be super quiet not to piss them off :( oh interesting

Its ok, I feel you same here i used to go see about 7 diffrent doctors about my eating issuse in high school, and this one lady figured it out and have been on that diet since -_- 6 years of no apples lol but yes a lot of doctors are not all around specialist and know every thing but they have domains where they are better than other and so one its just unfortunate that none of the doctors in tassie know much about chronic illiness :( or at least make a effort to learn about it so they can treat ppl.

Yeah that's my philosophy too, I feel like, everyone has a different way of living, and at different hours, I don't really have a conventional life at all, so why should my sleeping schedule be conventional. It's more a case of not being able to sleep though, which isn't good I know but, hopefully I can reset myself & also with my chronic fatigue-nessss, night time is just quieter & more peaceful, I get more energy from lack of sunlight cos of my photophobia.

Thank you for saying that ♥ yeah I am planning to go see someone, the reason why I've been so wary and reluctant is cos last time I saw someone last year, she didn't know anything about chronic illness so I felt like I had to constantly educate her and it just, didn't really do anything, and so, I know now for sure I need someone who can specifically be in the know about chronic illness, it's all so complicated, and cos I'm in transit with moving, I think I'll go see a GP for temporary help, but yeah I've just been putting it off, cos I've had so many bad experiences w/doctors last year I've just been like on a break w/ professionals. But like I know I need to just bite the bullet & get into a doctors office again *shivers* Also, I'm like, technically okay, when I said there was problem w/ like self-destructing and wanting to harm myself, there are many ways to harm me considering a lot of stuff are pain triggers for me etc so, I don't mean I've been cutting, although I admit I've thought about it, but I've told my family about what's going on and so like, anyway! My point is, I'm safe and "okay" (even though I'm not) and I actually haven't wanted to do anything like that in the last 2 weeks, I think the fact I've been really open bout how I'm feeling is helping me cope so, I'm like, level, if that makes sense? I'm not out of control, right now. It's all just been a rollercoaster and at this point I'm just like, really numb and everything is grey. I can like, objectively appreciate everything and know hope, love and all the great things are all around me but I just can't feel it, it's kinda like I'm out of my body. But, definitely all the positivity around me like my support network, God and all the good opportunities I've had and are going to have, just like everything in my life added together have all kept me level and like, kept me from tipping over the edge and I do have a good feeling about 2016, but yeah, man I have to take every day at a time & like live in the present cos beyond that everything is like ARGH, you feel me? But yeah, I totally believe that too, I haven't ceased hoping, and I have no intention of giving up. ✊

..buuuut, I know now, after being on such an exclusive and harsh diet how much I can eat of most types of food and for how long, how much I can get away with eating so I eat what I want when I want basically. I even still eat gluten, in moderation. Like whatever, I love food, nothing can stop me dammit.

Sorry to hear that 2015 has been your worst year :( yea i can see it would be hard dealing with it as a collective group of things, you can get online therapists if you need ? depression and axiety is more common illness thats very real as iv seen my self and some close friends suffor from it greatly and still do.
That not good to hear that Vic, hurting your self is only a tepery relief for problems, but in the long run can do more damage :( I dont know what else to say but your life is worth some thing Vic, and every one around you know that u mean something to them and that they care :)
I my self have just started eating more again after pretty much not eating anything at all and just living off drink varieties mainly coffee to give me energy when i would not eat or alcohol when i needed something to stop the grumbling :/ Yes i do remmeber you were on a special diet fructos diet "fodmaps" like my self?? or similar coz you could not eat apples, its a really hard diet to live on because you have to watch evey thing you eat. yea i thiknb you told me you had got a wheel chair recently i think. does it make every thing much easyier ?

You know you don't have to be sorry for being honest, and I have no right to judge you and won't judge you, this is a no-judge-zone :) I would rather you be honest with me than feel like you have to pretend you're okay if you're not, I understand how tiring that can get. It's okay to not be okay and admit it, not to say that it's a good thing at all, and I sincerely wish you didn't have to be going through all this, I guess what I'm trying to say is and may not be articulating the best, if you're feeling embarrassed for spilling your thoughts & feelings out to me, please don't. And just know I'm here for you whenever & at all hours (except morning lol cos Im asleep) I don't sleep much either, last night just happened to be one of the nights I actually got to sleep at a decent hour...well, 2:30 am is probs not what anyone would call decent but I've generally only been able to sleep when the sun comes up so, so it is to me atm.

Since we're being honest here, and just to level out the playing field of like how 2015 has been the literal worst for me too, so you feel less embarrassed, I'll share a bit of what's been happening keep with me. I mean tbh I don't know where to start, there's too much to say, but...basically to bring it all into a nutshell, in the past year or more I've been dealing with what I can only see as depression and/or anxiety, but it's felt impossible to do much about because of also having severe physical illness to combat, and not being physically able to get out of bed and go see someone like a proper therapist about it. I haven't been diagnosed, but I just know that there's a lot wrong, cos I've been finding different ways to self-destruct and inevitably hurt myself and have been wanting to hurt myself more as well, I haven't even told Emma that last bit tbh. I also came really close to developing an eating disorder this year cos of the specialist I was seeing, I think I told you about that, idk if you remember me saying I was on a special diet, well...yeah it affected me really badly, I've never hated myself more or felt my desire to live slip away so fast. I ended it w/ the specialist as soon as I clicked and my family realised how bad it all was for me & since then I've invested in a wheelchair to fight back & get out more (best decision ever), so things have outwardly seeming to be looking up, and have in ways, but tbqh that hasn't ridden me of the rest of the crap, so here we are today, I've brought all my horrors of 2015 with me into 2016.
I don't mean to share this to compare my situation to yours, but just want to say and admit that I'm not okay too. I don't have my life together, not at all, my overall health is...well kaput. So, please don't feel bad for having told me some of your dirt, now you have some of mine. And please don't feel like cos I have dirt too you can't tell me yours, or you have to hide it away. My overall point is just that I'm here for you & I really care about you and am your ally and friend always✊ and now I will shut up hehe :)

Well, basically I'm gonna wait till my parents like find a place which will probably be in February and then head over myself and settle in and work out a way to get into a film school, like transfer to uni in Melbourne and am planning to move out with my sister to live eventually, hopefully somewhere either close or in Melbourne CBD, it seems doable but probably won't happen till late next year or the year after, which will give me time to scope out the place and work out LIFE haha. I mean, it's happened sooner than I planned, but I was meaning to move over to Melbourne eventually for like, career purposes and it's kinda just all working out for everyone, so i'm happy about it in the way that it seems like it's the right move, but it's also like, whaaaat, so sudden, I'm still processing. So that's, the general idea. Good thing I'm already on a hiatus from uni.

Mmm a lot of things, one of them being having a hard time with my relationship with food, I have to be on this really strict diet lately and it's been messing with my head, even though physically it's been great for me. And I've been getting severe reactions from eating outside of the diet, mostly times I've either been slack or accidentally eaten something, especially at parties eh :/ I ate a pie which was both gluten and onion filled and almost had to go to hospital but had heavy pain killers so i dodged that. also, guess who also can't eat apples!

haha it moisturizes your hair, so it's good if you have dry hair, to keep it from getting damaged, just to make it soft. I didn't use it much before, but I do now that my hair is coloured to keep it from getting really dry, especially cos my hair's like curly now that it's longer.

I mean, there's this stuff you can get which is lighter than bleach but works the same way that I've used and it keeps it from getting all crispy hehe also, I deep conditioned my hair afterwards aka just left conditioner in for like, an hour.

Oh yeah lol cos uni is starting back there's the big Orientation week so I'm working all day everyday this week, so what u saw was a snippet of my day at work aka setting up around campus for O-Day and manning our Unifriends booth. It was so cold omg I was frozen, it felt like 1° although I think it was like 8° but it was also raining and windy so it was like, whyyyyy me. And then today it was like 4° and I had to work all morning at the Welcome booth outside aka giving people directions and info on stuff I have no idea about lol but it was okay we had outdoor heaters, but I think I now have a fully fledged cold/flu and I have to do this again tomorrow eeek *thinks about the money*
